People have gotten free controller replacements from meta all over social media and I'm trying to figure out how to but I have gotten no answers. Can someone please help me with this?
Hey @StrawberrySS, it's likely you're referencing a replacement process that might have happened with another user. You'll need to Submit a Ticket to the Support team so they can troubleshoot with you, they'll be able to look at any other possibilities for your controllers as well!
