I have a gaming store where i am planning to pin few apps using android kiosk app so that audience can just select and use the oculus VR device, the main question is, does oculus support tablets/Android TVs?

That sounds like a cool setup for your gaming store! As for your question—Oculus (specifically Meta Quest devices) doesn’t natively support Android TVs or tablets as host devices in the same way smartphones or PCs are used. They run on a customized Android OS but are fairly locked down, so kiosk-style control is limited unless you're using a device management platform that supports VR environments.

Also, while this might seem off-topic, your idea reminded me of how tech from other fields—like directed energy deposition  in metal manufacturing—focuses on control and precision. Similarly, deploying VR in a public or retail setting needs the same kind of thoughtful setup to ensure usability and user control.

If you’re planning to manage apps and access, maybe look into specialized MDMs (Mobile Device Management tools) that support VR devices directly. Let me know how it goes—sounds like a fun project!
