Upon booting up I get a transient screen then the tracking error message. If I power down I get a pop up box with "restart" or shut down" How do I choose one without a controller? What is the white dot that appears but cannot be moved?
Also, how do you wake up the black screen with the tracking messages? I tried all the solutions found online but none worked. the only way I found to clear the problem is to re-download the latest firmware, but the fix is only temporary. I read a similar post and the individual was told to investigate privately with Meta. I just bought this unit used so there is no warranty.
