While to best support the issue with Oculus Dash you are encountering you might want to work with the admin of your company’s Quest for Business account, or your internal IT help desk (since they can open a ticket with the correct support team by reaching out to Work @ Meta Support if it's needed), we know that issues surrounding auto-launching of Steam VR have popped up with various applications over time and you might also gain some faster insights by looking into some of the support option on the Steam VR side as well.
