My instagram account was hacked and the help center on instagram just loops. from clicked hacked to put in user name, email or number. Since my email and number was removed I could only put in my user name and it doesn't give me any other steps that can actual help me. It goes back to the help center lick area. Is there a way to be able to provide identification.
