IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECOVERED MY VIDEOS YET I SENT Y'ALL ALL THE INFORMATION Y'ALL ASKED FOR LIKE MY EMAIL INFORMATION PLUS MORE I HAVEN'T GOT A EMAIL BACK FROM Y'ALL ALL THOSE VIDEOS ARE STILL NOT RECOVERED YET I REALLY NEED TO RECOVER THOSE VIDEOS FROM OFF MY ACCOUNT I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THEY STILL CAN BE RECOVERED IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR AND I HAVE A NEW PHONE AND I HAVE RECORDED NEW VIDEOS SINCE THEN BUT I NEED MY OLD VIDEOS THEY HAVE MEMORIES!
