Hey there, everyone! It looks like some users are able to get the notification within the next 48 hours after activating their headsets. We have also seen users get notifications for the 6-month subscription after clicking on the 1-month trial button.
If you are still not getting the notification about the Quest+ 6-month promotion, I recommend reaching out to our support team so we can let our engineers know and they can look into this further.

Have you actually setup your Q3 yet? Maybe you need to do this first and be logged into your meta account.

i still waiting too how activate 6 months trial, suport are horrible, today 3 times asking them and they doesnt nothing about it... i paid for 512 and i only i recived asgard wrath 2 mail but nothing about 6 months trial
Same. Went onto the quest+ page in the headset store and it was asking if i wanted to begin my 1 month free trial rather than redeem the 6 months from the pre-order. Asgard's Wrath 2 was a very smooth redeem process though.
It´s the same here. The mail regarding Asgards Wrath 2 just came in a few minutes after adding the Quest3 to my account. But for Quest+ i still only have the 1 month trial option.

I don´t think that it will be possible to get the 6 months, after activating the 1-month-option now...
Can confirm, same here - Asgard's Wrath 2 email arrived promptly after activation, but nothing else. My guess is the 6 month plus subscription will arrive shortly or in a couple of days. Regardless I would imagine they'll address this as more and more people want to know about where to redeem their owed subscription. If they're going to advertise it with a bundle, they have to deliver.
