So my Facebook account was hacked and the hacker linked a dummy Meta Horizon account to my FB to maintain access. Naturally I don't have access to this hackers Meta account so I am unable to unlink it from my FB account to remove their access and add my own Meta Horizon account. How can I resolve this as each help centre puts you on a cycle of uselessness and there is no direct support contact. @support
I had or still have the exact same problem with my instagram account. I got hacked a few months ago and now they gained access again as I realised they linked their Meta account to my instagram account. I reached out multiple times to instagram and reported it but no luck and no help. It’s ridiculous.
