Hi. I posted an issue regarding accessing apps on my son’s VR. I got a private message response but it didn’t work and I cannot reply to that message to follow up? How do I continue the private message conversation so I can access my son’s apps on his oculus quest 2? It’s requiring us to enter an 8 digit code into his meta account. But when we create an account there is no where to our the code, and when we use my email (which we used to originally setup his oculus headset) it says there is no VR associated with my Facebook account (we set up his Facebook account for the oculus, but used the same email and now Facebook is not finding his account with that email)

Same problem for months. I cannot get into the oculus. I removed my son and only have me now. Still wants code I don't have any code.
The system and support is so bad they could be run by the government.
I PM a mod to ask as that's what's suggested they answered with a question that I cannot even reply to, if I reply via email bounced back if I log in I cannot see anywhere there is a button to reply it even find the PM.
Seems a common fault that support is junk

If you PM somebody here in forum, you can't answer them in the email - I assume you mean the notification email.
To reply to a PM, you have to log in the forum, go to your messages and there you can answer to the message that you received.
Is this what you want to do??......I am not sure, if I understand you correct.

I got it. The system is designed to make everything hard from what I can see.
Even generic support seems to be random people rather than an actual system

Very frustrated by Meta & their complicated Support System. Totally unhelpful & complicated
