How to sign in with same account after factory reset

Dear meta, 

Today my oculus was bugging and being weird so I factory reset it and signed back in the same account but it isn't letting me pls help.

In order for us to get a better idea of this situation overall, please clarify, what error message are you running into when logging in? Are you logging in using that "Continue with email" option, or through Facebook? Also, are you able to log into this account on the Meta Quest mobile app? Keep us updated and we can continue from there!

no the thing is that my phone thinks i still have the same oculus but i factory reseted so i can't log in with the same account as the phone has
