I´m now in a place with a unstable internet and I´m trying to download videos to watch. After a short while it says "connection lost" and "waiting for Wifi". How do I start the download again? This is not a problem for games from Meta but third party files.
I´ve been browsing the threads here and cant find a solution.
Hey there, @GunnarThor78! We know downloading media is such a great way to share the VR experience, so we wanted to pop in to share some extra insight on this subject! It's essential that we let you know some users may experience low signal on their headset if there is not sufficient Wi-Fi penetration in their play environment. To counteract this, we recommend moving closer to the router, or switching to a network with a stronger signal, if possible. For more troubleshooting steps, please check out this article. Additionally, we did want to mention that we cannot guarantee third-party applications and videos will be able to download properly. For any issues pertaining to third-party software or content, you may have to reach out to that third-party directly. If you run into any further issues installing official content on a stronger Wi-Fi signal, then please don't hesitate to reach back out!
