How to talk with the support if they block my answer-mails?

Hello guys,

this is a desperation post, as Im sure, something like this would normaly be handled by a support ticket ...

I recently cant buy anything with my meta account with an message of "unusual activities". No more information given, not what unusual activities or whatever, just "unusual activities" and that I can wait or go to the support center. Waiting did not help and the support center … well, Im here right now.

I did open a support ticket and got an email asking for a lot of informations regarding last orders, mails, account infos and whatever - I guess, to ensure my personal identity. But when I try to answer that mail, coming from:

Meta Store Support <support@store.metamail.com>

my answer email is just returned (tried multiple times).

I get this error:

Well, I just want to buy some games and apps in the meta-store which worked hassle free until now.

Also, as a side note, if you detect unusual activity, that are dangerous enough, to completely shut down my ability to buy anything in the meta store, then god **bleep**, at least tell me, what unusual activites you detect. Maybe it is something, I have to fix myself like an hack or something …

Enough ranting … anyone in here has an idea to solve this, other then to create a new ticket, on which I cant answer again?

Came here with the same issue. I’ve been trying to redeem a goft card I got for my birthday 6 weeks ago. This morning I finally got news that they fixed it. Well, it wasn’t fixed and my screenshots and reply on their mail to let them know come back undeliverable. Tried with and without screenshots but seeing that you have the same issue at least tells me it’s not me, it’s Meta messing things up again.

Just for people who may have similiar issues:

I dont know how, but somewhat they got my mail anyway, even though I get the above error everytime I write an e-mail to meta-support.

The solution (not working though) was, to delink and relink my paypal account with the meta account (same error afterwards) or use a different payment method (not possible). Hence, there may be no solution.

As a workaround - create a second meta account, connect your paypal to it and gift your main account the games … this is kind of dirty and a hassle, but at least you can still use your meta-account, while the main issue may be fixed in some years down the line.
