I only have one HDMI port on my laptop and the Oculus headset is plugged into it. What hardware do I need to buy, and, if possible, any instructions for hooking it up.
Thank you! May check that out. Found out my laptop had a thunderbolt port (didn't know what that was) so bought a thunderbolt 3 to hdmi adapter, will try that first since it's on its way and then yours if it doesn't!
I tried this; doesn't work. The Oculus outputs some proprietary signal (probably interleaved signal; one for each eye) and is not usable by a television. So I'm trying to figure out some streaming solution like Nvidia Game Stream or OBS Studio.
