In order to use the Meta TV feature, you will need an internet connection in order to maintain a smooth streaming experience, even when viewing other apps from your headset. We know some apps allow you to download episodes, so what you can try is find series you like, download them when you have an internet connection, and then you should be able to view them whenever you want in your app library.

The answer I got doesn't solve my problem. The answer says that I can save some videos and watch them later even without an internet connection. I've cached a few videos, but I can't access them without an internet connection.
Thank you for reaching back out to us! We know how important it is to be able to view the videos you want. At this time, the Meta TV feature does not allow users to view videos from the cache. That said, we are always looking to expand the VR experience for everyone and make it more enjoyable, and you can post a suggestion like this on our Ideas Forums Page. Once there, other users and developers will be able to share their ideas with each other!
