Im on the latest PTC with my quest 3 and downloaded the new Hyperscape app. When I launch it it checks my internet connection and succeeds and then launches into immersive view but never finishes. it just stays on a black loading screen with 3 dots the entire time and the app never fully loads into anything. Left it up for a while with no change. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times over and checked and enabled all permissions just in case. I also rebooted the headset several times. But the app always does the same thing and never loads.

On Latest PTC and Lateest version of Hyperscape and still unable to load into the app past the Network speed test. I have restarted my router, my headset and reinstalled the hyperscape app multiple times over to no success.
It is possible that Hyperspace is not yet updated for the PTC and hence the issues. In the meantime, you can report a bug with Hyperspace to flag it to the engineers. You can also try rolling back the PTC update if you are keen to try Hyperspace 🙂
