I’ve been trying to recover my private Instagram account for several weeks now, but I haven’t received any response from Instagram support. I’ve followed all the recommended steps:
• Submitted the account recovery
• Checked my email (including spam folders) regularly
Despite this, I haven’t received any feedback or update. My account is important to me, and I would really appreciate any help or advice on how to proceed or escalate the issue.
Hi, I am having the same issue. My instagram account was hacked. The hacker changed all of my recovery information to go to fake accounts. I have tried to report the problem as many ways as possible and am stuck in a continuous loop on the help page. Please if anyone at Meta sees this.... I need help recovering my account. I want the option to submit a selfie video to recover.
