I had been playing the night before and my headset had fallen and hit the ground when I was done. I picked it up and put it back on and turned it on but it started looping. I have tested the Power and Volume button on my Quest 2 and it will bring me to the No command part of the start up. The fan in the headset also sounds like it is really trying to boot up but with no luck. The controllers will vibrate and it makes the sounds of a normal start up but always gets stuck at the end of it. The headset has been doing this constantly and has not died yet and wont allow me to power it off manually and I cannot get into the boot up manager screen thing since it keeps giving me No command over and over. My guess is that it is just from something getting damaged when it hit the hardwood floor but if it is something like a very stubborn boot loop that would be great.

That definitely sounds frustrating with the constant booting loop your Quest is stuck in. When it fell, it's possible something got jostled internally.

Hey there, @Renaves! We certainly don't want this boot loop to continue pulling you away from the VR experience, so we're eager to assist! From what you've mentioned, we can let you know that that "No Command" screen often pops up when the factory reset is not being performed properly. What we recommend is being sure to firmly press both the power button and the volume down (-) button at the same time. To make sure the boot options screen is reached, please try holding these buttons for around 60 seconds or more. Below are the directions to factory reset your headset (also found here.) Please let us know how the following steps work out for you:

I'm still having this issue. I'm stuck in the USB update screen. I've tried just about everything but I still find myself in the "No command" screen whenever I try to factory reset it. Haven't so much as touched the headset in about a month. Booting the device sends me to the same menu. Any fix?

If the headset is stuck in USB update mode we have found that a factory reset has had the most success in fixing the problem.
Have you been able to successfully reset the device, or does it still show the 'No Command' screen?
We would suggest trying first of all to
