As someone who makes VR videos I cannot tell you how many times I have recorded some gameplay, have had it come out perfectly, only to find out my voice is way quieter then the gameplay or vice versa and the footage is useless.
Seeing that there is going to be stereo audio now and I will be able to separate the audio of my voice and the gameplay audio is a gamechanger. However, I am currently running V53 and do not have the option. I thought it might auto-enabled so I recorded a video and nope, it is still mono.
Will it be rolling out at some point in V53 or am I missing something?

Hey hey! My headset hasn't gotten the v53 update yet, so I'm not 100% sure if it should just be enabled by default or if there's a toggle for it. Have you checked in your audio settings to see if there is a toggle to switch to stereo?
If there isn't an option, then based on the release notes you might just not have this feature yet. Since it says this specific feature is "rolling out", that typically means that it becomes available at later times than the update itself for different users. If you don't have it yet, you might just need to wait a bit!
