I complained a short while ago that the Voice Command button had disappeared.
It was replaced by double-pressing the Meta button. That worked - UNTIL THE NEXT OS UPDATE happened. Now, the double-press no longer works.
What is the deal, guys? I really like the voice command because I have to reboot the headset whenever I am using PCVR apps (please no help with that - I have come to accept it as Part Of Life).
@tcheetham didn't you read the very detailed version release notes that meta put out for every update. Oh yeah..... meta hardly put out any release notes of any worth on the updates. It seems voice commands are being replaced with AI.
If it's he same standard of AI bots that is meta support, then we're all doomed!
Thanks for getting in touch with the Meta Support Team, we have recently replaced Voice Commands with Meta AI, which for the time being is only available in certain regions.
To be eligible for Meta AI you must be,
A resident in the US or Canada
Be over the age of 13
Meta AI is also only available while English is the default language on your device.
