As the title says, I am unable to add my payment method. My details are up to date, I don't know why its not working. If anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate it!

@King_Of_Tabor i feel your pain, i've been running in circles with support, from one site they sent me to another and the others tells me it's not there, it's with other support, everybody throws the ball and there's no solution.
we should unite, i see you're in Canada, i'm in Costa Rica @Ambersando where are you located ? did you fix your issue ?
seems like we should get our own answers and figure it out by ourselves 😞

i even tryed to get support from there live chat thing but im pretty sure its run by chat bots now because it asked like 20 questions and when it was done it gave me a link to the support center saying to find help there.

true ! the "Get Support" button link is broken and the page doesn't exist... so no help there either.
I've been trying to get support using the chat and the options using this link:

but seems like they have an automatic response, because as soon as i sent the ticket i get an identical inmediate automatic response with a useless support link..
that's so sad, hopeless and frustrating.. 😞

@MetaQuestSupport any ideas what can we do ? comon guys you gotta have at least some contact in there, we are hand tied here.
and please don't send us to the useless https://oculusdevelopers.zendesk.com/hc/en-us link.. because there's no help in there for our issue !!

just tried setting the country to US but it seems it dosent matter what country it is it just dosent work at all.

after waiting a long time for the support ticket and asking for a real person i get this:
it says my account is deactivated but it clearly is not. is this some kind of scam?

mmmm... i have not got any message like that.. and i hope you don't lose your account, kinda bummer..
i'm still waiting for a resolution or for the website to magically fixes itself, i'll keep reporting.
It's day 17 since i started this journey..

I have the exact same issue. I try to add an Austrian bank account and always get the following error:
We're having trouble updating your payment information. Please try again later or contact support for assistance.
I contacted "Facebook Payment Support for Monetizers" (https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/478646722539653), and at first I also received the same "policy violations..., your account is disabled..." reply. After more chatting, they told me I should reach out to support@oculus.com, so I contacted them. Unfortunately they sent me back to Meta Developer Support Center where I can only create a ticket at "Facebook Payment Support for Monetizers", which I already did in the first place.
I started my journey 6 days ago.
