As the title says, I am unable to add my payment method. My details are up to date, I don't know why its not working. If anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate it!

i'm holding still, every day i try to add my bank account in hope it works, unfortunately i get the same result.

It's day 21 since i started this journey..

i have also been talking to there payment support and they said to upgrade my browser which did not work. thats really weird that they said your account is deactivated, maybe they just say that so that you will stop asking. even trying to use an american bank card does not work at this point. i started this over a month ago and im still no closer to figuring it out.

mmm.. i just gave it a try on Firefox browser and Edge browser.. same error message, does not work.

finally i got it working! it seems they have updated it and added an extra get help button which ironically dosent work either but i can finally press link manually without it saying to get support.

its not all good news though at least not for me because it is constantly saying wrong routing number no matter what i put in. what is the routing number? if anyone knows that would be nice. i'm pretty sure you have to put your institution and transit number together but i'm not sure what format.

i just contacted the oculus support email that the online chat bot told me to about the routing number and they say they will respond in 2 days.

YES!!! finally got this working turns out the format in canada at least is 0 then instition number then transit number. if anyone needs help finding that just let me know

I'm having an issue.. i see things are changed but i'm still having problems, i enter my account information and still doesn't work.

This is how it looks for me, i've tried several combinations removing country code, the regional 0 and so, but i'm not having any luck.

hmm that is wierd probably the same issue i had with my routing number wich was the format i put it in. i dont know much about iban numbers but i did find this wikipidia page and if you scroll down a bit it shows the format to put it in. if your sure your iban number is correct maybe try contacting the support team at: Meta Store Support thats what i did before i figured it out and its what the online support team told me to go to
