I am unable to purchase any games in Meta store

Please help me. I am unable to purchase any games or software on the Meta Store.

My account has $180 in Quest Cash, and I do not have any credit cards or PayPal linked. I want to use this balance to purchase games. However, no matter which game I try to buy, I always receive the same error message.

I have tried purchasing on iPhone, PC, and Quest 3, but none of them work.

I have already contacted Meta Support, and they reset my wallet, but I still cannot make any purchases.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Please, help me. I have been in contact with Meta Support for over a week, but there has been no progress at all.

The responses I receive are always repetitive and do not solve my problem at all.

I am experiencing this same exact thing. We can not buy anything. We have tried numerous debit/credit cards, we have bought a meta gift card to try, and tried anything you can think of. There is no support. I have sent Meta over 10 messages. I am so upset

I have same issue. 40 mails, one week waiting and still the same response “our team is working very hard to solve your problem”. I managed to buy one game. Fortunately I can return goggles, so I will do it, there is no sens eating another 24h to verify that problem still exists. It’s very sad that such big and worldwide company cannot help their users.
