I paired the Meta Quest Pro controller in the app, but I can't use the controller on the device (Quest 2).
In the device, the controller update progress continues to stop at 0%, and the controller is not recognized.
I've tried doing a factory reset as advised by others, and tried again, but the result is the same. I used google translate. Please understand that my English is not perfect.
I do have the same problem. Chat Support told me to wait for the controller battery to run empty and try again after recharging…. Not sure if this will really help, though.
I guess I should try that too. I think it will take a long time for the battery to run out though... Thank you!
