i bought my quest 2 this week, it arrived, however i didn't receive my free copy of beat saber, i signed in on my friend's quest a few weeks ago and was wondering if that messed up the process, i've checked my notifications and my email and i've received nothing
Hey hey! I know promotions can be a cool thing to get, so I'd be happy to give some insight.
When it comes to the Beat Saber promotion, this would only be for headsets that were purchased between August 1st, 2022 and December 31st, 2022. Anything after this would not be eligible for the Beat Saber promo. However, at the moment there is a different promotion going when you buy a new headset. It'll be for Space Pirate Trainer DX and Golf+
If you're not seeing them in your inbox/spam/junk folders I'd suggest you reach out to the support team via PM for them to check things out.
