Without the RMA I can't track the order. My boa acc has shown that the money has been paid, I've checked by inbox and spam emails, still didn't find the confirmation email. Don't know what to do right now.

Since it's a pre-order you won't have a tracking number until it's prepared to ship out. Make sure you keep an eye out in your inbox, you should get the tracking sent to you when it leaves the facility!
