I had a drift problem with my left controller and contacted support via WhatsApp before Easter. I received a shipping label very quickly and a replacement product arrived four days later.
Now I'm having the same problem with the right controller and reported back via WhatsApp. Again, a shipping label was quickly sent to me. In addition, I received a link with which I can immediately receive a replacement product and do not have to wait another four days. However, the link is for an address in the US, however I am in Germany. So I wrote to support again. Since then I've been ignored.
What can I do now?

And here comes the solution:
keep writing to the support via Whatsapp every day that the problem is not solved. After a while, the US support suddenly no longer contacted me, but the one responsible for my country. The problem was solved immediately. It's important to only contact support from your own country, as other countries have different policies.

Sounds like you need your label updated to the correct address. You should be able to contact the support team again, since that will be the only avenue to get this resolved. They have extra tools and resources to look into this and get your order back on track!

I've already tried entering or changing my address, but the system always asks for a US address.
Unfortunately, I've tried several times to contact support, but my messages are always ignored. It's really disappointing. Wanted to play Breachers with friends this weekend and now I can't use the controller.
At first I was helped so well. I would like to know what led to this condition.

I'm glad to hear you're already in contact with the support team! I know you're probably eager to get back in the game, and I totally understand how this sort of situation feels. I would never want to be ignored either! For issues such as this, your information may need to be reviewed further. It can take some time for this to be resolved, so my best advice is have patience and rest assured they're doing their best to get this sorted out for you.

I have already sent my contact data in full. The contact is unfortunately very one-sided. It would be nice if support would at least get in touch to let me know how to proceed.
I was just sent the shipping slip again, which unfortunately has my name wrong, to send back the defective controller.
But my problem is actually that the link for the replacement delivery doesn't work.
The last time the process took less than 10 minutes. I've been ignored for 24 hours now. I just do not understand. I've been absolutely thrilled with the support so far.
