I can’t activate the free 6-month subscription to Quest+ (included with Quest 3)

Yesterday (November 08, 2023) I tried to activate my free 6-month subscription to Quest+. To get it, you had to pay for another 1 year of use for $60 (in total, for $60 you should get 1.5 years of subscription to Quest+ until ~ May 08, 2025). But I never managed to activate it! Steps taken:
1) In Quest 3 in the store in the settings, clicked get Quest+. I chose a subscription for a year. He redirected to the mobile application.
2) Added a bank card in the mobile application. I returned to Quest 3 and repeated the choice of subscription for a year. Quest 3 again sent the issue to the phone to resolve.
3) Confirmed the payment from the phone, confirmed 3D security from the bank (they wrote off $60). In the Meta Quest application on the phone it wrote that “everything is fine, return to Quest 3.”
4) In Quest 3, the store is stuck on the loading screen. In 2 minutes nothing has changed. Closed the app store. I opened it again. He again asks to buy another subscription for $60.
5) Open a browser on the computer and open the letter from Meta “claim your 6 months of Meta Quest+”. Clicked Claim now. On the website I clicked “Start 6-month trial”. I chose an annual subscription for $60. They wrote "Cannot Complete Purchase. Your app is not up to date. Please check your email to complete your transaction.". I opened a new letter “Complete your purchase of Meta Quest+” and clicked “Continue”. - and the Meta application store just opens for me. Nothing about Quest+ subscription. One of the main banners on this page says "Get your 6 months of Meta Quest+. Start Now". Clicked on this banner. The same page opened with an offer to buy Meta Quest+ again. I try again: "Start 6-month trial" -> Meta Quest+ - 12 months, 6-month trial, $59.99/year -> "Continue" -> again it says "Cannot Complete Purchase. Your app is not up to date. Please check your email to complete your transaction." I don't receive anything by email anymore.
6) Open the Meta Quest mobile application. I click Meta Quest+ there, then Start 6-month trial - and I get the message “unable to load please try again later”.
 Today (November 09, 2023) I repeated the steps. The result is the same

Same problem for me too, just got my quest 3 and can't claim the offer.  "unable to load, please try again later"
