I can’t click on continue to accept the terms when launching Meta Horizon Worlds

I can highlight continue, but I am unable to actually click on it no matter which button I press.

 We would love to help you with your issue while launching Meta Horizon Worlds. We are so happy you have decided to be part of VR, and we would love to get this sorted out for you.  Let's go ahead and try out a few basic troubleshooting steps and see if that does the trick! 

 

Please follow the steps below.

 

End your session and trigger a re-login:

  1. Go to https://auth.meta.com/settings/security/
  2. Go to Password and Security.
  3. Click the Edit button next to the Sessions section.
  4. Click Log out of all sessions.
  5. After a few seconds, you should see a pairing code appear in your headset.
  6. Go to meta.com/device to complete device code authorization.
  7. Attempt to launch Horizon Worlds again.

If you’re still experiencing this after completing the steps, please submit a ticket in User voice under the Meta Account section. Please include your Horizon username and details on your experience.

  • Your device will restart automatically.
  • If you unlinked your Facebook account from your Meta account, enter your Meta account password.
  • If you maintain your link to your Facebook account, select Continue with Facebook and enter your Facebook password on the following screen.
