Hello Meta
I created an account for my meta quest 3 with my real age (14) but when I try to download M rated games it just says “this game is rated mature.” And I cannot get it. My parents allow me to download M games but not even the supervision/parental controls work.

I saw you were having trouble contacting support, I thought I'd jump in to give my two cents.
Different countries have different rules and regulations relating to M-Rated products. In Australia for example; to comply with Australian regulations, users under the age of 18 are not allowed to access mature content regardless of parental approval.
Because your Parental Controls cannot work for an M-Rated game specifically, I would guess you may reside in an affected country of these stricter rules, which is probably why support wanted to message you privately so you don't have to reveal your location publicly.
I hope this helps clear some things up but if you are confused, or don't believe you live in a country with stricter rules, you can still contact support. Because you cannot seem to DM them here, you could always try the support page found here!
