So I am kinda new to quest just got it last Christmas and I was looking forward to making new content for my YouTube channel. But when I tried to download any videos over 10 minutes long it just wouldn’t work I tried screen recording the video I was trying to download but it wouldn’t start. I use apple because I am familiar with it and I only edit with CapCut I looked at YouTube for a while trying to find a way and found you can upload it straight to YouTube but I need to edit them. I need help if anyone can help me that would help a lot.

Hi there, @Gamercopy! Making sure you're able to enjoy your VR experience to the fullest is definitely a priority for us, so we would love to lend a hand with that video download issue! To start, is this an issue syncing the media from the headset to the mobile app, or downloading the video from the mobile app to your phone? Larger files can take longer to sync, and VR videos over a minute long will need to be individually synced from VR. Aside from that, please also make sure your phone software is up to date, your Meta Quest software is up to date, and your phone is currently compatible with Meta Quest. Since you mentioned this only happening with videos that are over 10 minutes, there is a chance that the specific videos may be too large to sync to or download from your app. What we can recommend, if you are able to, is transferring those videos from your Meta Quest headset directly to a PC to access them there for editing. That isn’t the problem it just says video can’t be downloaded or something like that and my iOS device has a pc processor 500+ gb even 19 cores and it won’t download
