hello meta,
i cannot follow my friend or invite her to certain games and when i try to make a group chat with her it’s always a problem, i haven’t blocked her and she hasn’t blocked me and we just can’t follow each other but i’m able to call invite and talk to other people just fine and i don’t know what to do my account isn’t private, i tired blocking and unblocking her, i'm at the latest version and nothing seem to work or make this issue better and it’s frustrating to see this happen to me and many other people complain about this issue in the past and it’s never fixed and when i look for a online solution it’s always another problem and no resolution to these similar issues, if not only fix mine but everyone meta so i can play with my friend without having to reach out to support would be very helpful thank you.

We would recommend to also attempt to follow your friend through the app and desktop if the headset should not be adding them. The steps for this can be found on the support page here. This didn’t solve my issue at all i’m sorry but when you tell em to follow on the app the follow button doesn’t show up at all when i search her user but under it shows a bunch of people i can follow and agin this is interfering with me calling and adding her into certain games and i’ve tried resetting my oculus she reset hers and the issue hits isn’t being resolved and i don’t know what to do anymore because she’s one of the only people i play with and it’s not fair that i can’t add her or even invite her to meta horizon anymore and when i try to each put privately the website is messed up on my device.
