Confirm that your PC is compatible.
Are you using an adapter or cable extender?
Disconnect the headset cable from the PC and from the headset and inspect it for bent pins, frays, twists, and kinks.
Have you made sure your graphics drivers are updated?

Intel GPUs aren't supported. VR rendering is fairly performance intensive, it has a bigger hit than regular PC gaming. You need either a Nvidia or AMD GPU (and lower models of those don't work either).
