Once I press the Oculus app on my PC it says, "Graphics Card Not Compatible" but I have a Meta Quest 2

I'm sure you do have a Quest 2, but that's not what the error is saying. What graphics card is in your computer?

Intel GPUs aren't supported. VR rendering is fairly performance intensive, it has a bigger hit than regular PC gaming. You need either a Nvidia or AMD GPU (and lower models of those don't work either).
