I cant login to my meta account. When i try to log in it says send sms to the phone number or use recovery code. I changed my number so I dont have access to my old phone number and i dont have recovery codes too. I am still logged into my quest 2 and the meta quest app, but I am trying to login to my oculus app on pc to play pcvr.
Im writing from my second account.
Please help.

I also have this trouble after changing phones. even after submitting photo id (driving licence) facebook kept saying it wasn't me. I downloaded facebook lite and got straight on to my old account. Now for some reason I cant use my quest 2 as it wont show up as connected in my Meta account or meta quest app. there is no place to enter a 8 letter code.
