When I go to referrals on the meta quest 3 device, on my phone or via the web, I only get an option to share a code to refer someone to purchase a device. I cannot go to any of those places and have the ability to refer someone for an app. I've looked under referrals, I have clicked the 3 dots on the app, I've gone into the app description and scrolled through/expanded each area and nowhere do I see the ability to refer someone.
Nope. I keep getting the runaround from customer support via email. First they ignored the fact that I said I went through all their documentation. Then they ignored the fact that I said I couldn't do it on the web, app or on the device. Then they claimed they have groups of people they offer the ability to and that I should wait until "my" group is given the offer. They ignored when I said I've never been able to do this after 5 months. I've gone back and forth via email and I swear it's an AI engine or bot because I get the same/similar copy paste jobs of responses.
