I can't interact with the library

I bought a quest 3, i got the 2 and i still can use it without any problem

now on quest 3 i can't use my library at all, it's dark and unclickable.

already tried the factory reset 2 times, already unlinked my facebook account, dunno what to do

stupid question...... have you installed your games on the Quest 3?

yes, but i don't have access at all to my library, is like "dark screen" and unaccessible

i can't even interact with downloaded file from the store, only from notification or from the "data manager" from options where there's a list of all my installed things

i "solved" the problem doing another meta account and making it the owner of the device, after i had to connect my main account and using as a guest to have my old library

that sucks anyway i need a real solution 😛
