I can't log in - Recovery codes won't work, No access to phone number

So I've had a meta quest 2 for a while now, and I recently upgraded to a Meta Quest 3.

I'm trying to log into my accounts center but it keeps asking for a recovery code (WHICH I HAVE) but it counts each one as incorrect. This started happening when microsoft had that huge outage and everything stopped working. Since then my login has been all messed up even though I have the authenticator codes and recovery codes.

I even tried changing my phone number from the one I no longer have access to, to the one I have now through my headset but now the phone number option is gone completely.

I just tried resetting my password, hoping that would work but it's still asking for recover codes. 

Meta/Community, I am in dire need of your help.
