I can't log into my Oculus account. The Forgot Password function doesn't' work, returning an error of "Failed to send email to <email redacted>. Please try again later or contact Oculus customer support."

Click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.

There is no option to send a PM.

Hey @fanatikal. Once you click the link, it will prompt you to choose the issue you're experiencing. From there, follow the remaining options to send us a PM. Also, there is a link here with more options for you to reset your password as well. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
