I spoke with someone over live chat about this issue and they were unable to resolve it for me.
The person said someone would be reaching out via email, but that was over a week ago, and no one has reached out yet.
I'm hoping to buy some games before BFCM deal is over. Ive seen several other similar posts, but haven't seen a solution posted.
Can anyone who found a work-around help?
