I can't play PCVR on Steam

PCVR through Meta Quest Link works fine but as soon as I start a PCVR Game through Steam it lags and bugs out so bad that I get really sick (I have been playing VR for 4 years) and I don't know what could be the problem my system specs are NVIDIA RTX3060 TI, Intel Core I-7 10700K, USB-3.2 with 2.4GB/s, a WD Black SN850X with a read speed of 7300 MB/s and transfer speed of 6600 MB/s and the latest Meta Quest Link version I don't know what to do.
