@atticus.krenz Hey hey! It's always a pain to not be able to purchase what you're wanting to right away, but I'd love to give some insight.
As for adding your card, there are quite the requirements to be on the lookout for:
The card must be associated with a billing address
The card must be able to have funds added/reloaded to it.
E-cards and virtual Mastercards should work, but most Gift cards do not have this option
There cannot be purchasing restrictions placed on the card
The network cannot have any purchase restrictions to prevent online payments
Since you mentioned it's a Visa however, you pretty much meet all of that. What happens if you try adding your card through different browsers? (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
How about a different network maybe? (Cellular data/mobile hotspot)
Sometimes it's okay to be a little Bing Chilling
