I can't scroll to login code.

Hello,

When I tried to log in to my MetaQuest 2, the browser to link the account gets interrupted midway and I can't see it.

I'm having trouble because I can't sync, and the app won't start at all. 

I've tried the following:

Updating to the latest firmware.

Rebooting.

Switching the language to English/Japanese.

Connecting a mouse and keyboard via Bluetooth and trying scroll operations.

Is there any solution available?

I've been waiting for support's email for two weeks, He said was only "please restart." (´；ω；`)

We need this fixed we are all unable to get to the settings button to reduce our text.

I went to the meta quest mobile app and started casting. When the casting session started the whole 'code thing' disappeared completely and the home screen popped up and I didn't have to enter a code anymore. Hope this helps

So my 7 year old just said he's grateful to whomever said they reduced the text size. Try shutting the device down completely. When you get back to the home display screen where the settings are you can go to settings - personalization - text - smallest. Hope that helps!
