I can't use my credit card via the oculus app, bank says all payments are being stopped, any help?

Thanks for replying, I have spoke to the card company, due to level of fraudulent problems, they have put a block on payments to it and not just mine.  My card is not the problem. I will set up another payment via bank.

We know how important this is in order to explore new virtual worlds, and we're more than happy to lend a hand! For us to get a better idea of what could be going on, we've listed a few questions below: 

 

  • Are you adding one of the supported credit cards listed on the Meta Quest account payment options article?
  • Are you able to add any other supported payment options?
  • Have you already contacted the payment provider to confirm authorization?
  • Have you also tried to add your credit card by logging into the Meta account website?
