I cannot access my headset settings to get developer mode

I have followed what I have to do like create a organization and it should appear work but it doesn't. Might one of the problems be that I'm not the admin of the oculus and if so how can I make myself a admin?

You will need to have the primary account on the headset to access Developer Mode. To do this, you will need to factory reset the headset and go through the set-up process, just like it was activated for the first time. It's also worth mentioning to ensure Cloud Backup has been turned on to save things like your progress, data, and settings.
