I cannot get airlink to work at all

My Quest 2 does not find my PC at all during the airlink pairing part, I do not know why. 

I have tried the following:

• Switching network from 5ghz to 2ghz
• Uninstalling and reinstalling airlink software
• Tried public channel testing
• Factory resetting the quest 2
• Checking the firewall settings

Trying third party software which seems to function, but for some reason airlink will not

My specs:

Acer Aspire 3

20gb ram

Intel iris Xe

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7

I have also tried via cables and it has not worked, but it could be because the cables are not official cables sold by Meta

However, the system specifications you mentioned are not compatible with the recommended requirements as per Meta. Specifically, the Intel Iris XE is not supported for Airlink and you can learn more about the requirements here.
