I cannot log in to my account

Hello, this is @Bloonkyyyy   In ALT account because i cannot log in to my Main account no matter what What i do.

I got logged out from my account 4 days ago when i would not to log in to my facebook account on my Quest Link(rift app) Then i unlinked my account from facebook because it was saying on forum to do this when i cannot log in, then i did it now i cannot log in to my META account, i cannot use my quest 2, I am locked out. I need help From @MetaQuestSupport MY Main account email is [Redacted] I get error "Wrong email or password" error, Even tho i try to log in with a Email Code, when i want to use code from SMS i don't get any SMS, beside Facebook. but not from meta. I need help getting back with my account. I miss my quest 2 cause i cannot play anything

Almost forget about PhotoAlmost forget about PhotoAlmost forget about the photo, Its in polish, but it says "Loggin uunsucesslull" "wrong email or password"
