I cannot use my meta quest gift card and pay an app with my credit card

Hi,

I have one big issue. I cannot buy any app on meta horizon.

I bought a meta quest 25 euros gift card. I wrote the number in the app then impossible to get the app i wanted. 

Besides it is impossible to buy an app with my credit card. I dont understand why. 

It is unbelievible to be unable to buy anything on the VR toy. 

I opened a Case #08047922 but the help center didnot resolve my issue. So i try with this forum. 

Honestly for a major company as meta it is unbelievable ttobe unable to buy an app. Besides the customer support doesn't work well.
