I want to verify the age of my son (or that i allow him to play VR Meta Horizon?), but if i upload payment details with my creditcard it doenst work and gives an error when confirming ( aut.meta.com refuses to make an connection).
Please help me, because my sons doenst want to loose his progress....
I've read that i can overtake his account and create an seperate new account for him. But how do i overtake his account ?

also if i want to login at another computer i dont receive the mail with the login code. Checked all maps inlcuding spam folders. his mail adres is telgenkampravi@gmail.com

Ah, the good old age verification process... That thing is an untested joke. No wonder support is being overwhelmed with tickets. I think I'm number 823941 in the queue.
