I cant get my recovery code

  • Hello I have I problem that I can't get a recovery code cuz my phone broked and the SMS got missed I can't get access to my acc anymore . so I created that new account to ask for a solve for that issue hope to find a help

im having this problem too. Im on an account that i accidentally made when i bought my quest 2 and im searching the forums for help. You can contact the meta support crew by just looking at another one of these forums and looking through replies in forums, then going to the meta support profile and sending a private message. Though that might not work as they're not responding to some people. i wish you good luck and that you get access to your account again.

I have repeatedly explained my issue, and I'm still getting a link to reset my password! I know the password, but I need the Recovery code, or I want to change my Two Factor Authentication number.

Hey There!! We can help you bypass your authenticators so you can make changes to the account, but we would need you to send us a private message first. We need to verify your accounts and get you to our Email team. We're looking forward to hearing back from you!
