I cant pair my new phone to my already existing account on my oculus

I got a new phone with and I had to log back into oculus but for some reason it wasn't paired on either one of my accounts. And it says “look in headset for code” but it wont show one in the headset.

  • Ensure the new phone is compatible with the Meta Quest App.
  • Ensure the phone app and headset are on the latest available version.
  • Ensure the phone and headset are connected to the same network on the same frequency.
  • Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect communication.
    • For example, headset covers, etc.
  • If the issue persists, ensure cloud backup is enabled and factory reset the headset.
