I'm on Android but when I try to send a photo on the oculus app any photos from my camera roll it's just blank but pictures I take on oculus I can see but not my camera roll please help.

We can see that your Camera Roll shows up blank in the Meta Quest app. This could happen if you haven't granted permission for the Meta Quest app to access your storage, so all you have to do is go to your phone's Settings - Apps - Meta Quest, find the Permissions section and enable permission to access your storage. Once that's done, try and select images from your Camera Roll again. We'll be waiting to hear from you!

Thanks for reaching back out @killcommand593! Would you be trying to move a photo from your mobile device to your Quest device or was there another reason for wanting to view the camera roll from your mobile device? If you are trying to move a photo from your mobile camera roll to your Quest headset, that wouldn't be possible, but you should be able to do that by using the PC app instead. You should also be able to upload photos from Facebook if you have an account linked to your Meta account. Could you also let us know which phone device you are using and what OS version it is on?

Hey thanks for reaching back out! Were you able to try uploading your photos using the PC application instead? Like mentioned in the previous message, moving a photo from your mobile app to the Quest 2 isn't possible, but you should be able to do this using the PC application instead or by uploading the photo to a Facebook account(which requires an account to be linked) and pulling it from there on to the headset.
